Critter lure is not working. When set to attract shine bugs, its not delivered with phosporite - even though there is lots of it nearby.

Steps to Reproduce
Construct Critter Lure. Set to attract Shine Bug. Nobody is coming to
Go to bugs

It's really hard to get Dupes to deliver it, that's why it takes so long.

TBH, just build an arm and deconstruct it after the phosphorite has been delivered.

Lol.. I tried setting priority to 9. Still no change.

Then dumped a bucket load of phosporite in front of the lure using sandbox. Even then dupes doesn't pick and deliver it to the lure.

So I guess Its still a bug.

Does it really possible to set priority for delivery job on lure?
