corrupted duplicant portraits

Duplicant portraits are displayed incorrectly on the "Supply Closed" -> "Duplicants" screen when non-English is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. turn on the non-English language.
  2. go to "Supply Closed" -> "Duplicants"

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

In the next update Duplicant portraits should display properly when playing in a non-English language. Thanks for the report!

@SabastianP not actually fixed. the bug is still here.

I suppose the bug may be related to whether or not the names of duplicants were translated.

@krop gave an example in French, where there is obviously no need to translate names.

I have given examples in Russian and Chinese.

Well, the names *are* translated. The translated names are just the same as the original ones. I'll try locally with a non-latin name then with a different translation for a given duplicant to verify.

Only one test was needed. The issue is still valid and can be reproduced if the translated name doesn't match the original one.
