This bug relates to optimization of physics of conveyor rail.
In some conditions it does not transfer heat between rail and block it is travelling through.
It depends not on game speed/material/direction, but on location of my screen.
When I look at conveyor contraption, it works fine.
If my screen is up-left of it, it works fine.
If my screen is down-left of it, it no longer transfers heat.
This is very annoying problem because it affects both my heat exchanger and my electricty production.
PLEASE rate it as high bugfix priority.
Steps to Reproduce
SHIFT-3 => Look at battery of steam engines for 60s. It is making electricity from material on conveyor rails. SHIFT-4 => look at slickster farm for 1/2 cycle. This is left-down from (3). SHIFT-3 => Now steam engines do not produce electricity. It will rise as you look at it. SHIFT-1 => look at rocket for 1/2 cycle. This is left-up from (3). SHIFT-3 => Steam engines work properly.
