Colonist add 1000g material instead of 200kg JB-252151

 1 kg adding when construct tile, instead of 200kg at once. Profession = Senior Architect (build) is that ok or it's bug?

Load my save file 1k.sav.
Go to bugs

It is because now athletic determins how much you can carry and you  dupe have -6 in athletics so he can carry total of -40 kg. but you cant carry negative wight so he will only carry max 1 kg.
