Disabling Avast Antivirus solved the problem.

Changed Status to Closed

I believe that there is a problem.
Oxygen not Included blocked by Avast and Comodo antivirus. Maybe it’s worth talking with company representatives so that they remove these signatures from the databases (or check the files)?

 

@klei.ruby maybe this can be reopened? Alexander pointed out before that the update lost the application certificate. Can't verify myself if that's true but it could explain why the game is being flagged by AV:
