Can't put Sleet Wheat Grain in Refrigerator

I can't put my Sleet Wheat Grain in Refrigerator. It's only displays in Storage Compactor part Seeds.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a new world, sandbox for example. 2. Build Storage Compactor. 3. Spawn Sleet Wheat Grain. 4. Grain will be available for storage in Storage, not Ration Box.

I have this same problem but it is intermittent. It appears to happen in ever other game (I'll start a game and I can store Sleet Wheat Grain in my fridge and then the next game I can't, then I can, then I can't, etc.)
