Isn't it depending on the ice temperature? If I remember correctly, in all other updates before, the ice sculpture melts really fast in an environment over 0+C. In an air environment it needs more time as under water. It is normal. It could be possible the temperature raise too fast that it seems to be, it melts immediately. The heat transfer is another and much faster as with air. If you drop a 400KG Ice into your water tank it melts really fast too, but the water has a tinier area to transfer the heat. But the temperature of the ice climbs in 0,1+C steps really fast. The area of the ice sculpture is 2x2 for 400KG and not 1x1 if you drop the ice in water.

400KG is nothing in this game!
