Blackhole occurs when blocks under the oil well replaced

After building an oil well on oil reservoir, it comes to a crash when I dig or replace the block under the oil well. (I only test the block in the red circle, I don't know whether other blocks under the oil well have the same problem)

Steps to Reproduce

Build an oild well, and just dig the blocks right under the outlet.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Same bug found.
