Biodistiller not Producing Algae

Glad to see I'm not the only one witnessing this problem, although I was surprised to see that no one else had hardly reported it before me. Unless I missed it. There are quiet a bit of bug posts here. lol

Hmm..strange. The Bio Distiller takes a while for the process to complete, but it should be working. The polluted water gets pumped through the output, and the algae should be dropping at the base of the machine.

Here's my save file. I've tried waiting for the biodistiller before (my last save I waited for it to work for seven cycles), but to no avail. It remained saying it was producing 0g of both algae and contaminated water.
