All variants of Pacu fish don't overcrowd/have a flashmob

All versions of Pacu don't overcrowd. The result is pretty much having hundreds of eggs in a small water area hatching and producing their little offspring in no-time. Sure I don't mind having hundreds of Gulp fish cleaning my polluted water and providing infinite food, but they lag my entire game.

Steps to Reproduce
Have any variant of paco go tame => look how they reproduce like mad no matter the space they got.

User Feedback

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

I have observed this too.  It appears that the room they are in keeps track of critter counts for them, as making their pond a part of a room immediately limits their reproduction.  If their pond is not a part of a room...  I've been keeping their numbers down manually, but they have no sense of overpopulation.
