Known Issue

"Unreachable". A picture is worth 1,000 words...

Steps to Reproduce
Build a ladder, a horizontal airlock door, then queue up a ladder under the door.

They can only use the left side of the horizontal door as floor to open the door.

Not a bug.
They can't reach that spot.
