On cosmic_upgrade_hotfix branch, build CU-273838

Painting neutronium at 99999 Kelvin crashes the game.

Unable to manually set heat gun to negative temperatures as it resets to 0.

Steps to Reproduce
Paint solid neutronium at max tempurature. Set heat gun temperature to any negative temperature via the text box.
Go to bugs

Of course it will! The game can't doesnt support temperatures above 10000 degrees (Celsius)

I acknowledge that these temperatures are not supported (because it is not possible in regular gameplay), but the fact that it is possible to crash the game in sandbox mode with this method makes it a problem.
