[Thermal Update] Dupes can still have a trait disabling their profession

Just in case it isn't on the radar, just wanted to note that the same applies to dupe traits on the left side, in particular, the "uncultured artist," who can't actually do art.

 

Still happening in Agricultural Update.

You know, it is entirely possible for someone to be good at something and still refuse to do it.  I'm  not sure if this is a bug, but I will say that it forces you to pay attention to the Dups and ensure that they are "good".
