Village workers are spawning tons of hammers

In my save file repairpigs are spawning an absurd amount of hammers. I don't know exactly how does it happen.

Again? this had been corrected last month.

[Hamlet Game Update] - 295671 (11/21/2018)

Pig mechanics are no longer a source of infinite hammers.

Added StopHammerTime() console commands that attempts to removes all hammers lying on the ground in cities.

Any chance that you are playing on an old save that wasn't properly corrected in newer updates?
