Wormwood loses sanity from rain

I'm not actually sure if this is a bug, but Wormwood's dialogue implies that he likes rain (he says "It's raining! Woohoo!" when the rain causes wetness) so I find it odd that he still goes insane from rain.

Steps to Reproduce

Play as Wormwood, wait until heavy rain.

Go to bugs

I agree, just make him not to affect saniy due to equipping wet items (and Walani for the same reason plz?). and wetness itself.
