@gznc Maybe you should be a little bit more considerate in your bug reports.

It's easy enough to point out a bug, but there's no need to go beyond and start throwing insults.

It's a mistake, it should be assigned on both sides. Given that over 7.6k lines of code were added for the Wolfgang refresh, there were bound to be mistakes.
