Hat gone when storytelling/ Only_used_by_Walter

Hats will dissapear and cut off areas of the characters head when storytelling and other characters can attempt to storytell also lose their hats

Steps to Reproduce

Go to campfire/firepit

tell story as walter or try to as another char and hat dissapear and cuts of part of you

Click tell story as anyone but walter and it says only_used_by_walter also cuts off hat.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
