Fully domesticated bonded beefalo randomly go in heat

I have a fully domesticated beefalo that's bonded to a Beefalo Bell and some times, it'll randomly go into heat, complete with the red butt and inability to Hitch to the Grooming Station. However, it won't be aggressive and breaking the bond will return it to normal. I can then re-bond with it and it'll be fine, until the next time it randomly goes into heat that is.

Don't really know. It seems to be random?

I have three domesticated beefaloes, and had the same bug happening that you did. However only one of them is bonded, but they all go in heat together. None of them seems to attack anything though. I never tried breaking the bond to return them to normal, though. I'm just commenting to say that it also happens to non-bonded domesticated beefaloes.

it happend to me too. Relogin into the world fixes the problem but is annoying and with the skins you cant know if, for some weird reason, you beefalo is in heat because he became feral and lose all his domestication
