Deerclops Deals Mob/AoE Damage to Players if Mobs Are Nearby

Steps to Reproduce

First attack dealt 60 damage with no mobs around.

Drop a spider for the second attack and a total of 120 damage was dealt.

This occurs even if the player was not frozen.
