Deecrlops eyeballs and guardian horns drain sanity when webber eats them

Technically these are both forms of raw meat, and both drain webber's sanity when he eats them. Obviously this is the most important bug to fix, and everyone eats deerclops eyeballs and minotaur horns when playing as webber.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Eat eyeball/horn

2. go insane
