Lots of lag If Moon Storm Is Active

I'm not sure what it is specifically, but when I was streaming and the Moon storm was up, my world experienced a significant amount of lag.

Steps to Reproduce

Activate moon storm. Proceed to lag.

Go to bugs

Can confirm; my game should've ran at 60fps, but the storm drastically dropped my framerate down to 10 frames per sec.
