Normal Item drops?

I just got a present in a normal, self-hosted world and ended up with a pair of Riding Boots rather than a Pugna War chest

i think it is a bug, since normal items were not to drop until after the forge?

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure. yesterday i received Pugna war chests as item drops in a normal game, today i got one item, Riding boots.
Go to bugs

ah i see! i thought it was all drops
