This was on a world save that had Lunar Rifts enabled and imported onto the beta branch. The Wagpunk manager now has its state set to ON on older worlds with rifts enabled, but it does not appear to count down.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Import older world with rifts enabled onto the beta branch
2. Check the Wagpunk timer
3. Notice it does not count down
