Rock Jaws instantly become dry when they land on a boat and Cookie Cutters are never considered wet even in the ocean.

Steps to Reproduce

Find either creature in the ocean

Go to bugs

If my memory serves correctly, I believe all ocean mobs were originally considered wet like the Gnarwail but were changed to balance the Morning Star and ocean content.

I would love for this to be turned around, electric tools could use some love.

With how annoying it is to fight sharks I would be disappointed if it wasn't turned around.
