Pearl chair quest repeatable

All due respect, this should be kept in. There's no way for multiple characters to get sawmill if you take this out.

The game could check if the player doesn't know the sawmill recipe (which is a mechanic that used to be in place for desert goggles).

Yeah, I suppose, but to me, it's a matter of 'why fix what isn't that broken?'

Works for bethesda. 

But if your proposed solution works, so be it.

Pearl should now only give out Sawhorse Blueprints if the player that built the Replica Relic Chair does not know how to build it yet, and if there are no Sawhorse Blueprints nearby. It should also no longer produce a bunch of Bundles of Thanks.
