Movement is not disabled while console bar is open

The player is able to move around when the console bar is open, this should not be the case.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open console bar
2. Press movement keys
3. Notice you type and move your character at the same time.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Pretty much every text field right now other than the Craft UI one. They fix one and then the rest all go into chaos, unfortunate.

it was very daring of them to change such a core part of the game, it'll probably take weeks until it's flawless
