This was reported previously in a compilation post, but I document it further here. While on a boat, the "feed" action comes up when offering food to an animal in your inventory, but clicking does nothing. This is because the SGwilsonboating stategraph is missing the ActionHandler for FEED. Copying it over from SGwilson fixes it.
Steps to Reproduce
c_give('doydoy'), c_give('dubloon'), c_spawn('rowboat'), get on it, try to feed the doydoy a dubloon. Get off, succeed at feeding it. (also, feeding doydoys dubloons? #justonepercentthings)
