Guards Attacking you for accidently hitting a tree?

Okay- this is NOT fun at all.   I accidently hit chop on a tree while in town  and  3-4 guards come chasing after me and of course I died to them while returning to get abagil's flower.

This mechanic  is not fun as far as gaming experience goes.

I can understand if I actually CHOPPED the whole tree down and they got mad.     There needs to be an indication or a prompt saying are you sure you want to chop this tree.  That would be stealing.     Same goes for any other   stuff around that could trigger an aggro.

Sometimes, I can't even tell if a Rock is mine-able because its so close to the miners.        I tapped it anyways just to test.  and it didn't trigger aggro.

I think that's a good idea. Maybe have ALL stuff that will trigger aggro say "[Steal] Chop", etc., for example. It's no fun to be exuent for an accidental click.
