Maxposting
If the Deflated ballon spawns in all worlds ( not Hamlet ) and hammering it gives silly string for making Skyworthy... Here is the BIG problem : Skyworthy allows teleportation between the 3 Worlds while Seaworthy can teleport only between Shipwrecked and Reign of Giants - not Hamlet. This makes Seaworthy Useless. ( unless you dont buy hamlet but then why are you here??? )

Spoiler It looks like the balloon you spawn next to when you start hamlet, and it spawns randomly throughout the workd like the Seaworthy. 2 hours ago, __IvoCZE__ said: If the Deflated ballon spawns in all worlds ( not Hamlet ) and hammering it gives silly string for making Skyworthy... ( unless you dont buy hamlet but then why are you here??? ) Spoiler The Sea Worthy is far from useless, it’s not like you can simply jump from a ROG/DS world to a SW world, you have to go to the Hamlet world, then build ANOTHER Skyworthy to go to the other world you wanted to go to, (Such as ROG -> Hamlet -> Shipwrecked), when you could just use the Sea Worthy to go directly from one of the other. Nextej
Well, actually it is that simply, you can just jump right from DS/RoG to SW and then back to DS/RoG by using naturally generated seaworthy or find another crashed balloon in SW to craft skyworthy. Atsumame
The fact you can make the skyworthy in shipwrecked mean that you can base anywhere you want now. You are not forced to base where the seaworthy is anymore. This is a large improvement.

Yeah but you can use Skyworthy to go to three worlds instead of Seaworthy which can be used only for two worlds... Skyworthy is present everywhere ( if you make it by getting the special string ) Seaworthy is not.

This is literally a better mechanic replacing the obsolete one for the greater good. And this is not the first time don't starve got a bunch of now obsoleted stuff in the long run; why go on after this specific one in particular? Besides, the seaworthy is now for those that do not own hamlet or do not wish to have hamlet compatibility.
Nextej
I suggested better solution of sea- and skyworthy portals here
