omegad23
My fps has been declining the more days I advance in the game. From 60 it went to 40 and now I am sitting at 25. The game shouldn't have any problems running on my laptop. I am looking for any tips on how to fix this.

I think I found a solution , i believe it was caused by the waves the hipos make when they move, you need to let them dissapear.
Developer bizziboi Posted November 13, 2018 Developer Share Posted November 13, 2018 Hi, and thanks for reporting. We will definitely looking into performance. I suspect it's a mix of the game still being early access, and the game being more demanding than previous DLC's. Somewhere this week I will post instructions on how to capture a performance log, and hopefully some people will send those - it'll help me better analyze the issue. Charsis
@bizziboi here some ways my game started to drop frames * many grass tufts (doesn't happen anymore, think it just freezes a bit to load them now instead of dropping fps) * entering/exiting buildings/ruins/caves * being insane during hummid and lush seasons (particularly while hay fever is on, heavy rain or it's hummid)
