LanaMyriad Posted November 3, 2018 Share Posted November 3, 2018 Hi, I was wondering if you could/would give people the option to buy as DLCs the following collections (with character skins and wardrobe items and such): Rose Collection Guest of Honour Collection (yes, I know it is "honor" in game) Shadow Collection Survivor Collection ...and even the Costume Collection that we can use now for a limited time. I do not know when they were available to purchase or how (apparently the Rose one was only available in China?!)... but it would be great to have the option now. Plus there are wardrobe items and belongings marked with "Lunar Collection" and "Winter Collection".. mini DLCs maybe? I was ecstatic to hear I could buy the Forge skins as a DLC since I will definitely not have enough time to play so much to get everything! Thanks. It seems like they don't want to upset the steam market by making normal skins weavable and purchasable from Klei directly. So we're stuck in this weird situation where we have 2 skin systems that don't really interact with each other much. They were a temporary exclusive on Tencent's platform for a time, but have since been released to the rest of the world. Well, not directly from Klei at least. You can still get them from the Steam marketplace. They were always only available from the terrible drop system when they were released. "Was" being the key word. They were a temporary exclusive on Tencent's platform for a time, but have since been released to the rest of the world. I do agree with you there. I really do want them to fully convert the old system into what we have now. Not only does it feel odd having both, but with spools it means you can actually work towards something you do want even with random drops. Buying full sets directly from Klei would be a bonus too. Yes, spools should be used for non event items as well, I fully agree because if I refuse to pay over 20 euros for a formal hairdo for Wendy! -.- ...and it is not like 1350 spools happen that easily.
