szk
My monitor resolution is 2560x1080 and it seems that the resolution (or 16:9 ratio in general) isn't supported fully by Don't Starve. I first noticed it when sometimes there were black squares at the edges of the screen, where the map haven't loaded yet, but it didn't really bother me, because it isn't that noticable. However, now after playing Hamlet, leaves that appear on the screen after player steps into the jungle, doesn't fully cover the upper part of the screen. It looks a little off and ruins the effect. Also optimization needs to be worked on, in regards to places where a lot of grass appears. After walking into a field of grass my fps dropped instantly from 60 to around 42 Thank you for your amazing work Klei, looking forward to this DLC Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/97279-resolution-and-leaves-overlay/ Share on other sites
-Variant
I actually have the first issue, the optimization seems to be a work in progress, but my Leaves (The ones in the Jungle) are even smaller than yours. They appear in the middle of the screen and are tiny. Same with my main menu, everything's small.
