Gwido Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 When you place a pump, the pipes under are shorten if there's a solid panel on the way. But once it's constructed ... you can't place a panel under because the pipe occupied the space. So if you want to shorten a water pool, your forced to deconstruct the pump to place the panel under, which interrupt the access to the water.
