Make showered buff persist for a short time after grimy

The fluctuation in morale due to showered is mildly annoying.  The reduction in morale can actually be a significant stressor if you rely on showers to keep your morale up if you are playing on hard morale stress effects and fatalistic and you barely have enough morale.

I propose that when a duplicant wakes up, they still have a showered buff, but they can shower again to renew it.  This can be handled with a separate buff that is something like "Showered Yesterday" that lasts around 25-50 seconds after becoming grimy after their sleeping time.  That way, they can take a shower in the morning, but their morale doesn't dip.

I believe showered doesn't have a duration.  It goes away if they step in non-water liquid or when they wake up from sleep (excluding narcolepsy).

I would be fine with that if they added a duration, but only if walking in nasty liquids removed the buff.  Because if it didn't, it would change the behavior of the buff.  I like that walking in crude oil makes them stop feeling clean.  It would make me stop feeling clean.

I like how showered works in all ways except for the fact that there isn't overlap, which would be covered by a temporary "Showered Yesterday" buff with a duration.  Except I would like to be able to ban showers during downtime because I put my downtime before bed time so that they get morale for downtime while running back to base.
