fuel cell energy source

it would be cool to have fuel cells in the game so we can turn hydrogen and oxygen into power and water, this could allow the player to use Electrolyzer to create power then back into water, or a cheap way to make infinite power, water, oxygen, and hydrogen.

Generators in game dont consume oxygen(this is stupid, i know, but there is reason). So your fuel cell wont consume it either, you can treat existing hydrogen generator as hydrogen fuel cell, not much difference just black box device have fuel income and electricity output, turn fuel into electricity, how - assume for yourself: it can be ICE which spinning generator, gas turbine which spinning generator or direct fuel cell.

Why generators dont use oxygen here, well i guess because game about surviving dupes, not generators. Without infinite source of algae, consuming oxygen generators wont work.
