Window Tiles need to be "transparent"

I noticed when building things like wires and pipes inside window tiles, they are not visible 

This is odd because they can be seen inside other tiles like mesh and airflow, so why not windows?

That's been bugging me as well. Windows also look opaque on the greyish biome backgrounds, they only really look ok in space.

@Neotuck @BomatoWhen I first read this I thought that’s totally right, I’ve been blind about this. But then I thought maybe it made sense, since who will let wire go straight across the middle of a window, these wires must have been hidden near edge of the window so that dupes can have a good view out of window. That’s why it’s called window tiles, rather than glass tiles.
