Interests should affect Moral

Hello,

For me, the actual way how interests works is useless :

- When you begin your base, you don't want to accelerate your jobs leveling given you don't have enough moral.

- When your base is enough stables, you will have the feeling that job leveling too fast.

So I think to make the "interest" system more reliable, it will be interesting to associate it to the Moral system. If a Duplicant do a job that he like, he get some moral point. Also, it fits more with the interest means.

Don't they quit their jobs already if they can't stand the stress anymore? I swear, I've seen some of my dupes do it. I think interests may have something to do with it.
