Pressing 'Z', 'R', or 'L' while respective window is open should close window

If I press F1 while the oxygen overlay is on turns it off.  I accidentally hit 'z' sometimes and it opens the star map.  I press 'z' again and it does nothing, so I have to go and close it with escape or the mouse.  It's annoying.  If I accidentally open one of these windows with the hotkey (hitting 'z' instead of 'x'), I always first try the hotkey again as if it were an overlay or small window.

For the time being, I rebound the starmap key to a button on the right side of the keyboard, but I feel like this would make the interface more consistent.

I close all the windows and overlays with right click. But +1 for keeping it consistent.
