Filter what items sub-priority tool sets priority of

I would like the sub-priority tool to have a filter for what objects it applies to. Similar to how the cancel and deconstruct tools work, where you can specify that they only apply to certain types of object. It would be nice for example to be able to quickly change the priorities of construction tasks in an area with affecting the priorities of existing structures in that area.

bumping for getting this into qol 2? :)

It's been asked for a few times and getting into the realms of having complex rooms with storage/sweepers/errands/builds all ontop of each other, trying to get the dupes to prioritise one thing without having to manually seek it out, or having to redo all the priorities of everything is a real pain.
