Could you let us know the following information so we can report these to our mobile devs: - Your Android device, - Your Device model number, - Android OS version number, - Your device manufacturer - Is Bluetooth currently enabled on your device? Does the issue happen if it is disabled? r2207 Posted August 31, 2018 Share Posted August 31, 2018 Good Morning, I am also seeing this issue with a Google Pixel 2 XL running Android 9. With Bluetooth enabled the touch screen is unresponsive. Disabling Bluetooth allows the touch screen to work, however the Xbox button hints appear whenever you get close to an item. DrMCV Posted September 19, 2018 Share Posted September 19, 2018 Gutted! I just downloaded the game from the Play store, started it up and sure enough it doesn't work with my Pixel 2XL. I'm also running Android Pie and as with earlier posts I'm stuck with XBOX controls. Is there any news on when a fix is likely? Does the issue happen if it is disabled? I have had the same issue. Google pixel XL 2 Android 9 Happens with Bluetooth on and off. This problem started with an Android update in August. kismoore Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 I have had to restart many times because of the following "stack errors"? It doesn't happen all the time but maybe 7 out of 10. Pocket edition Android samsung 10 tablet Already uninstalled and re installed. Deleted amd cleared cashe and old files.
