    When I first started the game it was flashing and acting odd so i quit and restarted trying to access graphics setting but now as soon as i choose graphics tab, i get a total crash.

    ok.. so after some play, I realize that this weird shaking is part of the insanity game play. It's more annoying than it is fun though.

I've never seen this problem on the game before and I've logged many hours of play. I'm on a windows. Everything is new on the computer and up to date. The monitor is our HD television. I've tried changing resolutions and adjusting the tv itself. The problem is in-game.
