Electrolyzers should absorb heat

Sry you are wrong. Electrolyzing is using energy and generating heat..

In some cases, for instance, in the electrolysis of steam into hydrogen and oxygen at high temperature, the opposite is true and heat energy is absorbed. This heat is absorbed from the surroundings, and the heating value of the produced hydrogen is higher than the electric input.

When you talk about the HTSE, then are you aware about the temperatures/materials needed for that process?
In ONI you could feed 90° hot water into your electrolyzer, there is your "cooling effect"
