Critter overcrowding logic

Critters should overcrowd based on their navigation rather than room size imo. Now you can put almost infinite land walking critters on s few tiles in the air as long as the room is big enough. Hatches and slicksters should have room to walk (something like 3 tiles per critter). Flying critters wouldn`t count tiles they cannot access but opening the doors of the stable would make them cosider the space outside it.
