Suggestion - More job specific rooms

I wanna start off by saying that I really like the room mechanic, it really adds something to gameplay and requires you to think about layout a lot more.
With that being said, I would like it if there were more rooms that were Tier 4 job specific like the Greenhouse, Power Plant and Stable. I'd suggest the following 2:

• A Kitchen
  • Could improve food quality by 1 level
  • Could require:
    • A food container; Ration Box or Refrigerator
    • A food preparation device; Microbe Musher or Electric grill
    • Minimum size 12 tiles
    • Maximum size 96 tiles
• A laboratory
  • Could inprove research speed
  • Could require:
    • A research device; Research station or Super Computer
    • Minimum size 12 tiles
    • Maximum size 96 tiles
• An Art room
  • Could train creativity and provide stress relief
  • Could require:
    • An art station: New :"Easel" or "Sculptor's bench/table/stand",
    • Minimum size 12 tiles
    • Maximum size 96 tiles
