a small bug with menu priority on wrangle and empty pipe

I have found that when you use the menu button for wrangle or empty pipe ... and set a priority of say 9 the actual action doesnt take on this priority but remains at 5 .... if you select a hatch say and choose wrngle 9 it works fine but if you use the wrangle button and select priority 9 the wrangle on any hatch covered is still at 5 ... the same happens with empty pipe as well.
