something wrong with the cook

there is something wrong with the cook.  whatever i tried, setting his priority to highest on cooking and the grill to 7, loaded with stuff, the cook is always anywhere except in the ***** kitchen...  i lost most meat cause its perish cause he s never in the kitchen..the food is mostly made by other replicant  ..what s wrong

Possibly he is blocked by some sort of door setting, or if you use exo suits like me perhaps he cannot each it because there is no suits left.

Click on the cook, then the move to button and see if it lets you click there. If it goes red then it means he cannot for some reason
