abud Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 Currently temp shift plate only affect gas and liquid in his 9 tiles area of effect. It is strange that building in same tile didn't affected. Building in same tile touching those temp plates, how come there is no direct heat transfer? BlueLance Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 Tempshift plates are a background object, they only interact with gas and liquids and solid tiles as far as I am aware, I do not use them though so don't quote me on that, if you are trying to cool it why not let it cool down in the water that condenses? Thats all I do. That's why suggestion to make them change temp with building too. You can avoid the wet feet by making the dupes only be able to access from the left. Also if it was able to interact with buildings most people would just cram buildings into a vacuum and have a trail of temp shift plates to where their cooling is? I think?
