Balm Lily Suncream: Let them utilize the sun

Now when your duplicants can see the grossly indacescent sun, they realised that well lit areas are calm and cheery, and therefore get a stress reduction. However, they can get sunburn from it, which makes using the strong light for stress reduction more difficult, such as having Massage tables where the sunrays hit, etc etc.

Thats why there should be a new medicine item produced at the Apothecary. Requires: A balm lily, and something else that I don’t know the exact properties of, maybe a Ranching product. It can be consumed once per day and gives a cycle long Immunity against sunburn. Plain and simple.

Reaching the surface and building a bit there should not require suncream. But having prolonged stays there should. So if you would desire spending time there using the light, you need to have a suncream prescription. Seems balanced enough to me

I like it, though it would require some kind of 'creaming checkpoint' that makes Dupes apply the stuff when passing by.

I would recommend that it operate on a meter system rather then raw time, so X seconds of sun exposure to consume the cream.  But if they shower it is removed entirely.

Also I am assuming an Exo-suit would protect from sunburn on it's own right?

I was more thinking of a daily 'toll' needed to use the wondrous sunrays. Thats why it doesn't have to be a 'meter system' nor a checkpoint. You can also assign the medication for people who work out in the sun a lot in specific. Maybe it is a high expecting duplicant who needs to take leisure time/sleeping beds in the sunlight for some extra stress reduction. While more lowly duplicants don't get it, and therefore keep living underground. 

Also allows you to more accurately produce as much resources you need to sufficiently give enough suncream for the people who need it.
