why are these not rooms?

this is my slime processing facility. I'm going to make water, fertilizer, dirt, and natural gas. (this is ranch mk2, I don't want to shift to cosmic yet)

 

But, I reloaded this save and suddenly my stables aren't stables anymore? What gives.... not sure what disqualifies them.

The one on top is 48 tiles large, fully enclosed. The one on bottom is 96 tiles large (12x8), fully enclosed. Neither count as room at all, let alone stables?

Top room: morbs

Middle room: pufts in isolation producing mostly prince eggs

Bottom room: princes in isolation producing mostly puftlet eggs

Left: the feeding trough, as many puftlets as possible go in here.

they need a door to qualify as a room, transit tubes don't count

This is unintented. I've put it on our list, but feel free to make a bug report if you want to track it.

I've had this problem with my glossy ranch.  Fully enclosed, door, etc.  But not only does it not show up as a ranching room, it doesn't even come up as a potential room with the tooltip to tell me what's missing.  All my other ranches and rooms are just fine though.
