Can we get fluid phase change pipes, please?

I'd like to set up a cooling line without worrying about whether the pipes are going to 'break' because of phase changing. Could we get some special 1kg/tile pipes that can hold 1kg of either fluid or gas and let the material freely change phase within the pipe? Obviously they'd break if it solidified, but at least we could do high temperature oil -> petro -> ngas conversion in pipes and not mess around with in world solutions.
